• Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a session has been booked.
• One rescheduling request may be permitted if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Digital Reports

As reports are personalised and prepared specifically for each client, they are non-refundable once work has begun.

Online Poojas

After priest allocation or commencement of preparations, cancellations and refunds may not be available. Rescheduling may be possible depending on the nature of the ceremony.

Courses

Refund eligibility for courses depends on the stage of access and course commencement. Detailed terms will be displayed at the time of enrolment.

Crystals

Returns or replacements are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
